Liq. sepn. after passing through filter - using conductivity meters to control discharge values

In a system of sepg. two liqs. of different conductivities after a pass-through filter, e.g. beer and water in filling plant from storage tanks, the conductivities of both liqs. are measured upstream of the filter and stored. Their difference is fed int a setting unit with a fixed set value which is compared with the conductivity downstream of the filter. On reaching the set value a valve or a counter can be actuated. The two liq. flows are sepd. more objectively than by the reading of an instrument by a person. The sepn. is independent of conductivity fluctuations of both liqs.
