The arrangement for securing at least one cam disc radially on a machine tool bearer shaft, partic. in multiple spindle automatic lathes, uses a disc holder fitted on the shaft. The disc is pressed on to this via a slot recess which fits the peripheral curving of the holder, and is then held in position by two clamping surfaces. At least one of the clamping surfaces is formed by a ring which can be pressed on to the disc. The disc (26) has on at least one of its faces (34, 36) teeth of a self-centering face toothing (38) to which correspond counter teeth of a face toothing (40) on the adjacent clamp surface.
