<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an antiviral agent with markedly increased antiviral effect using choleratoxin or a product of its B subunit binding with the virus structure as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An antiviral agent is prepared by using, as an active ingredient, choleratoxin, or a condensate of its subunit B with a virus structure, for example, a surface protein using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, or N-hydroxysuccinimide, as a condensing agent or disuccinimyl substrate as a crosslinking agent. The choleratoxin and the virus structure are bonded at a weight ratio of (0.1 to 10):(0.01 to 10).</p> |
