PURPOSE:To know more exactly the steel bath temperature and cabon content at an end point of blowing smelting, by providing a sub-lance for measuring the steel bath temperature in a place which is adjacent or on the extension line passing from an axis of a lance with a plurality of holes for blowing oxygen through a center of one of the holes.
