PURPOSE:To readily produce a water-resisting, waterproof optical fiber submarine cable by providing a spiral groove on the outside of a high tensile strength wire, containing an optical fiber therein then subsequently applying a metal tape, a power-feeding and waterproofing copper tape and insulation-type and abrasion resistant sheath.
