PURPOSE:To suppress a potential fluctuation of a power voltage lower by setting a charging transistor(TR) in the nonconducting state sequentially at a prescribed time interval and setting a discharge TR in the nonconducting state sequentially at a prescribed time interval. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is sequentially supplied to each gate of photoelectric MOS TRs TP7, TP8 to set the TRs in the conductive state sequentially. Simultaneously, an input signal is supplied sequentially to each gate of discharge MOS TRs TN13, TN14 to set them to the conductive state sequentially. When an output goes to an H level, a sudden increase in a VCC current is not caused and when the TRs TN13, TN14 are turned off, no sudden decrease in the VSS current is not caused. Moreover, the TRs TN13, TN14 are set conductive sequentially. Simultaneously, the TRs TP7, TP8 are set nonconductive sequentially. Thus, when the output goes to an L, the sudden increase in the VSS current is not caused and when the TRs TP7, TP8 are turned off, the sudden decrease in the VCC current is not caused. |
