S-Triazolo-(1,5-a)-pyrimidin-2-yl-5,7-dimethyl-phosphoric acid derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> wherein X represents oxygen or sulphur, R1 represents C1-C6-alkyl, and R2 represents C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, C1-C6-alkylthio, C1-C6-alkylamino or di-C1-C6-alkylamino, processes for producing them, and their use in combating pests.
