<p>A method for the separation of metals comprising passing a fluidised solid anion exchange material carrying chloro complexes of a plurality of metals through a contactor in which the material is treated with a counter-current flow of a solution comprising a chloride of hydrogen, an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal so that the solution is enriched in one or more metals by selective depletion of the metals carried by the material.</p> |
