PURPOSE:To permit the reduction of dimension and weight, simple structure, increase of efficiency, and easy assembly by installing a motor stator onto the outer side of a sealed container and adopting a brushless dc motor and positioning the stator and a pump mechanism part through the step difference and welding-joining an end plate and the sealed container, and oppositely arranging a bearing and a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:A sealed container 1 is inserted into the inside diameter of a stator 2, and when the step difference of the sealed container 1 contacts the stator 2, the both are joined by a welding agent. An electric motor consisting of the stator 2 and a rotor 3 is a brushless dc motor. In a pump mechanism part 6, a discharge plate 4 is inserted to contact the step difference of the sealed container 1, and the outer peripheral part of a suction plate 11 is fixed through the point welding at the position 28 onto the sealed container 1. The both end plates 19 and 22 are inserted into the sealed container 1, in the recessed state towards the outside of the sealed container 1, and circumferentially welded on the outer peripheral parts 29 and 30. On the center line of the end plate 22, a bearing 24 for supporting a driving shaft 18 and a discharge pipe 23 are arranged oppositely each other. |
