<p>A liquid storage tank is held between the horizontal arms of a semicircular holder, containing a cooling coil which thus partially encloses the tank. The tank discharge pipe is inserted in a chamber formed by a funnel shaped plug fixed in the entry tube of the freezing chamber. The liquid then finds its own level at this chamber and is only discharged into the freezing chamber when ice cream is removed from the latter. The storage tank is enclosed by a cover with a window through which the contents can be viewed.</p> |
