<p>Water-soluble dyes of the formula I are prepared by diazotising an appropriate amine and coupling with an appropriate coupling component. The substituents in the formula I are defined in Claim 1. If the starting compounds used have hydroxyl instead of sulphato groups, the coupling product is treated with a sulphating agent. The dyes of the formula I can be used for dyeing and printing cellulose and natural or synthetic polyamide fibre materials. <IMAGE></p> |
