Elements of an interface between a processor and terminal circuits, eg telephone lines, for scanning and supervising a plurality of the terminal circuits, are combined into a single circuit capable of being produced in the form of integrated circuits eg of the C-MOS type, located on the same printed card as the terminal circuits, the elements comprising sets of input and output registers, connected to the processor by serial buses, a register for storing the address of one of the sets of registers, the type of information relating to said register and a signal for transmitting the information and validating means for validating the addressed register. |
