<p>At the transmitter is generated a recurrence frequency varying as a function of data to be transmitted with pulses whose duration is rotably less than their recurrence period. These pulses modulate a short range very high frequency carrier wave. The receiver demodulates the carrier wave received and restores the pulses, then generates from these pulses a signal modulated as a function of their recurrence frequency and representative of transmitted data. The receiver generates from each of the restored pulses, a similar but delayed pulse which modulates with the aid of the delayed pulse a new short range carrier wave for relaying the wave received, whilst inhibiting the reception at least during the duration of each delayed pulse.</p> |
