<p>The equipment (100) peripherally freezes a crystallised fruit in order to nullify temporarily the viscosity and adhesiveness of its external surface. This keeps the entire external surface smooth and non-adhesive during the time necessary for processing. It combines a tunnel-type refrigerator with a distributor for the treated products, delivering them to the automatic processing machines. The produces can be distributed by a hopper onto a ramp delivering them onto a conveyor belt (3). The latter is of coarse metal or synthetic cloth, to allow passage of the refrigerating gas.</p> |
