PURPOSE:To prepare variable equalization device corresponding to the cause of equalization degree changes and to simplify the circuitry as an equalization device by inserting the former variable equalization device in accordance with the change capacity of each unit circuit length of the cause, as well as to attempt improvement of equalization accuracy by the same operation.
