The foil circuit has conducting paths and components, possibly hybrid, formed on an insulating support. The structure of the paths and components is such that the distance between them is solely that needed for insulation. The foil circuit may be used additionally as an electrostatic screen for RF foil circuits. The circuit may also have a reflecting surface so that it can be used as part of a reflector in a multiple-flash photographic flashlight. The amount of paste used in the screen printing process is reduced.
