<p>The sealing tape, for cable feedthroughs, consists of 2 or more foils of a permanently plastic material between which is sandwiched a substance of variable volume. The variable volume substance comprises a cellular elastic material or consists of a mesh arrangement formed by bonding foil strips or by raising ridges on the inside faces of the foils. The two surfaces of the tape are provided with a material exhibiting good bonding properties.</p> |
