Described are the compounds 2[4(tetrahydro-2-furoyl)-hexahydro-1,4-diazepinyl-1]-4-amino-6,7-dimet hoxy quinazoline and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds are useful as antihypertensive agents.
