PURPOSE:The titled lubricant composition whose film making property and the adherent property are improved holding the good lubricous property of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer, by combining the bonding agent for giving the bonding property and adherent property between the fluorine resin and the basic material at a specified proportion, to the aqueous dispersion of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer.
