PURPOSE:To permit the start and stop of a linear motor to be effected by deciding whether or not the operation control is suited from a magnetic field resultant of AC and DC field components with a pair of magnetism-sensitive elements provided on opposite sides of the center line between DC magnetic poles of a linear motor and in an air gap between two points spaced apart by at least one-half the pole pitch length. |
