PURPOSE:To improve the sound quality and the orientation feeling of musical sound by extracting a prescribed signal component outside the band area of a filter means from a signal before passing the filter means by a BPF, and synthesizing and outputting an extracted signal and the signal passing the filter means. CONSTITUTION:Each band area of the BPFs 5, 7, and 9 is set outside the band area of the BPF 3. The signal component extracted by each of the BPFs 5, 7, and 9 is level-adjusted by control circuits 6, 8, and 10. It is added on the output of the BPF 3, and is outputted from a terminal T2. The adjustment of the band width and the center frequencies of the BPFs 5, 7, and 9 and level adjustment by variable resistors 6a, 8a, and 10a in the control circuits 6, 8, and 10 are performed based on an audible sense. In such a way, the comparison of only the signals passing the filter is performed, and it is possible to heighten both the sound quality and the orientation feeling of the musical sound generated in a CD player, etc. |
