Perpetual motion machine with tubular rings - which are mounted eccentrically and carry balls to exert driving torque

An energy conversion and power producing machine has a tubular shaft (1) mounted in journal bearings. The shaft carries five rings (51) made of tubes of circular cross section. Each ring is attached to the shaft (1) by a small loop with a diameter equal to that of the shaft. Each ring contains a number of heavy balls which are free to move inside the ring. When the complete assembly is set in rotation it is claimed that the movement of the balls inside the rings creates a state of unbalance which produces a torque to maintain the rotation.
