PURPOSE:To prevent drooling of an adhesive by a method wherein a core on which a dry water soluble adhesive is applied is used on at least a part of a cylindrical surface, and during winding of a film sheet, water is applied on the dry water soluble adhesive to generate adhesion, and the film sheet is wound. CONSTITUTION:When winding of a film sheet S around a next core 30B is started after winding of the film sheet around a first core 30A is completed, water in a water tank 22 is coated on a dry water soluble adhesive 32, formed on the surface of a next core 30B, by means of a roller 26', and the adhesive 32 is provided with adhesion. After the core 30A is dropped on the film sheet S, the film sheet S is cut between the core 30A winding around which is completed and the next core 30B. The end part of the cut film sheet S is adhered to the core 30B between winding rollers 10 and 12, and winding of the film sheet S is started. |
