<p>The mast of the windsurfer is fitted with short grips (10a, 10b) on each side of the sail, with the free ends of the grips turned into sloping sections (12) running to the mast pivot. The sail is taken down to a boom (4) just over the level of the board for maximum efficiency. The grips are easier to operate, especially when the sail is lifted out of the water. They do not obstruct the operation of the sail.</p> |
