There are provided substituted phenylene(thio)carbomyl diphosphor(thio)amidic acid esters, a method for the preparation of said esters and unsubstituted derivatives thereof and a method for controlling helminths in warm-blooded animals by administering to said animals an anthelmintically effective amount of said unsubstituted or substitutes phenylene(thio)carbamoyl diphosphor(thio)amidic acid ester.
