<p>Home trainer has a slide rail (1) with a height-adjustable head support (5), and shoulder supports (2). The supports are connected to a lever arm (8) and a grip (4), which are positioned sidewardly moveable on the rail. The shoulder supports may be adjusted to the shoulder width of the user. They consist of a plastic material and have an elastic upper pad. The trainer may be positioned on a couch, having a pivot joint and a foot. A telescopic member at the other end allows the couch to be hinged upwards into a desired working position.</p> |
