PURPOSE:To reduce the read times of surface potentials and make possible automatic controlling of fast responsiveness by beforehand correcting the effect of the other at the time of controlling one in the case of keeping the surface potentials of bright and dark parts within reference values by adjusting the high voltage outputs of a parimary charger and a destaticizer.
