PURPOSE:To shorten the transmission delay of a voice signal to be transmitted from a transmission terminal to a reception terminal after being packetized by connecting encoder and decoder means which perform encoding and decoding packet voice assembling and disassembling means which perform the disassembling and the assembling of the voice signal in the inside without interposing a line. CONSTITUTION:On a transmission side, the encoder means 16 to encode a digitized voice signal is connected to a packet voice disassembling means 17 to disassemble the signal to voice packet in the inside without interposing the line. Simultaneously, on a reception side, the packet voice assembling means 21 to recover the voice packet to the voice signal is connected to a decoding means 22 to decord to the voice signal in the inside without interposing the line. Thereby, it is possible to shorten a processing time to generate the voice packet after encoding the digitized voice signal, and to shorten the processing time from the assembling to the decoding of the voice packet. Therefore, the transmission delay of the voice signal transmitted from the transmission terminal to the reception terminal can be shortened. |
