PURPOSE:To obtain the title dough suitable for 'gyoza' (glaoz) skin, noodles, etc., without the need for special apparatuses and/or equipment by adding to a grain powder material kneading water in the form of frozen fine granules followed by kneading. CONSTITUTION:A grain powder material is blended with kneading water in the form of frozen fine granules followed by kneading, thus obtaining the objective dough. When said fine granules are to be blended, the main granular size thereof is regulated so that the granules are left in the dough for 3-15min from the beginning of agitating the granules. |
