<p>A method for the industrial preparation of tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethan-gluconato-dihydroxo-aluminate, consisting in first reacting D-gluconic acid with aluminium isopropylate and then reacting the aluminium gluconate produced with tris (hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane. The product obtained can be used as an antiacid, due to its high neutralizing capacity per unit weight.</p> |
