<p>PGE1, dihydro-PGE1, PGE2 and 13,14-dihydro-PGE2 compounds are associated with PGF1.alpha., dihydro-PGF1.alpha., PGF2.alpha. and 13,14-dihydro-PGF2.alpha. compounds to enhance the effect of the PGF compounds, when administered to female mammals, as oxytocics, abortifacients, contraceptives, in the post-labour expulsion of the placenta, and in the induction of menstruation.</p> |
