<p>The transmission is for an electric vehicle with partial regenerative braking. A plump feeds an air reservoir, an electrically controlled valve and a cylinder which acts on a fork. Control of the clutch plate is by electromagnets. Control of reverse is mechanical and prevents all further consumption of electrical energy. The system is for a vehicle with batteries carried on it. These are partly recharged on braking.</p> |
