<p>The adjustable angular packing piece (1) is for use in orientating a workpiece at any specified angle in a vice. A set of pieces may provide definitive angles at 5 deg. intervals up to 45 deg., and alternative spring-clipping studes (2) can be added to an individual piece (1) to modify the angle by 1, 2, 3 or 4 deg. The pieces may be derived from a rectangular piece with a triangular piece cut away from a corner. The inclined face and the remaining long side form the characteristic angle of the piece. The studs may form a projection from the long side adjacent to the right angled corner, and may comprise a head on a round section dowel.</p> |
