PURPOSE:To prevent dust from entering into a recovered ink and obviate the volatilization of the recovered ink by a method wherein a gas replenished through a filter and a gas sucked in are discharged in a condition of saturated vapor pressure. CONSTITUTION:The air comming out from the outlet side of a sucking and discharging means 1 is introduced into a vapor pressure regulator 4. In regulating of the vapor pressure, a volatile substance 16 for supplying the volatile component in the ink is placed in a tank and the tank is heated by a heater 14 so that the air brought to the condition of saturated vapor pressure is discharged from the vapor pressure regulator 4. The air discharged from the regulator 4 is directed to an upper deflecting electrode 5 and is discharged via A-plane of the electrode 5. Then, the air is sucked in through B-plane of a deflecting electrode 6 and is fed to the inlet side of the sucking and discharging means 1 through a tank 10 for the recovered ink. Also, the air passed through the filter 3 to remove dust therefrom is fed to the inlet side of the sucking and discharging means 1. |
