The coupling disengages when a predetermined torque is exceeded, and comprises two coaxial rows of axially facing teeth. At least one is axially movable and held in engagement with the other by spring force. A diaphragm spring (5) is used for this purpose which, after a movement which is less than the axial engagement advance of the coupling teeth (1a, 2c), moves back to a withdrawn position. The spring's a diaphragm resting along its outer circumference on a circular disc (7) at an inclination and locating on one component (1), which may be a sprocket or gear.
|
