The stator of the disintegrator is fitted with a wear resistant liner assembly on the inner surface of which recesses with sharp edges are arranged in such a way to produce rasping action of the material without producing heat which would make the material plastic. The wear resistant liners consist of rings(11, 12, 13). Each ring is fitted with recesses(22) distributed along the circumference. The recesses consist of inclined surfaces(20) with conicity narrowing towards the top of the stator. Each inclined surface(20) starts from a small horizontal platform which in itself has a shape with extended ends(23) joining a continuous vertical cutting edge(33) and (35). The recesses stacked vertically delay the vertical travel of the material downwards resulting in better disintegration.
