<p>A machine to apply fancy icing and decoration to confectionery and pastry, consists of a pump unit which is connected at its intake to a storage tank for the decoration material. Its delivery is linked to a flexible hose with a squirting nozzle at the end and also through a pressure relief valve to a return pipe into the tank. The arrangement saves the manual work of squeezing an extrusion bag and of refilling it in intervals. It requires only one hand for operation and leaves the other for manipulating the pastry.</p> |
