Separator plate to disentrain liq. from gas stream - has series of angles with projecting fins having enlarged edges

Separator consists of a number of spaced plates mounted approximately parallel in the flow direction. They have a series of projecting fins in the flow direction and consist of a number of angled plates with >=2 sides. Succeeding angles have fins projecting from them which terminate in enlarged edges. The leading section turns through 45 degrees and then passes through 90 degrees to bring it back towards the original plane, finally bending back 45 degrees to its original line. At each bend, the fins project at 90 degrees to the side approaching them. The plates are pref. of plastics material.
