CONSTITUTION:Potatoes are washed, their skins are peeled, the potatoes are powdered, and starch is collected to give a residue, which is hydrated and dried to give purified potato pulp. 1-5wt% purified potato pulf of 20-30 mesh is added to a floor to prepare a seasoning floor. Useful as a pickling floor for pickled radish, dried radish pickled with slightly salted koji.</p> |
