PURPOSE:To measure the accurate load even in case when a high-speed load test is carried out to a rigidity test piece, by detecting that a cross head has reached the set position to stop the head and then reading the load signal supplied from a load cell. CONSTITUTION:When a test starts, the pulses are fed successively to a pulse motor driving part 17 from a pulse generating part to drive a pulse motor 16. Then a cross head 3 moves downward via transmission gears 6, 7 and a driving lever 2 to expand a spring test bar 4. On the other hand, the count value of a counter that counts the pulses supplied from the pulse generating part is displayed at a height display 12 and at the same time compared with the set value of a height setter 10 through an arithmetic processing part. When the coincidence is obtained with this comparison, the stop signal is fed to the pulse generating part. Then the load signal is read into a storage part via an A/D converter 14 in the lapse of a certain time from the stop of the pulse generating part and after the output of a load amplifier 13 reaches accurately the load value. A high-speed shift of the cross head 3 and the counting are started again when the stop signal disappears. |
