Flow of several liquids is controlled for delivery or for automatic mixing prior to delivery. A single control provides control for use in industrial or public wash basins. A reservoir (11) in an enclosure (10) contains liquid (12) soap while the larger reservoir (13) contains water fed via a pipe (15) and valve (22). The water reservoir contains heater element (28) with switch (29) controlled by water supply valve (22). A push button (25) on enclosure operates valve in soap reservoir outlet (19) and also valve in water inlet. Water entering the reservoir is drained automatically via siphon (16) outlet to enter common outlet (18).
