PURPOSE:Vitamin C pharmaceutical preparation having high safety, preventing occurrence of mutagenesis caused by reactions between vitamin C and table luxuries, obtained by adding a germ agent selected from a group consisting of germs of wheat, rice plants, soybeans and a fraction extracted from germs to the pharmaceutical preparation. CONSTITUTION:Vitamin C pharmaceutical preparation containing a germ agent selected from a group consisting of germs of wheat, rice plants, and soybeans, and a fraction extracted from germs. Vitamin C is considered to be a specific medicine for scurvy or effective against influenza, but since it has a strongly reducing properties derived from an enediol group in the molecule, it causes mutagenesis caused by reactions between it and copper ion or table luxuries. For example, vitamin C raises about six times as much as mutagenesis of coffee. The addition of >= five times as much as germ powder as vitamin C or >=equivalent amount of extracted germ powder based on it can almost or perfectly get rid of the mutagenesis. |
