PURPOSE:To enable to surely remove the oil content in Rankine cycle by a method wherein medium vapor evaporated at a medium evaporator is led through a turbine bypass line to an LNG (liquefied natural gas) evaporator so as to liquefy the evaporated medium vapor and to temporarily store the resultant liquefied medium liquid therein in order to discharge the residual oil content in the medium evaporator. CONSTITUTION:When the oil content leaked in Rankine cycle is intended to be separated and removed, the medium liquid in a medium evaporator 4 is heated by sea water or the like under the condition that a liquid supply valve 5 is closed. The resultant evaporated medium vapor flows through a turbine bypass line 6 into an LNG evaporator 1 and is liquefied and recovered temporarily in the evaporator 1. The evaporator 1 is equipped with a liquid reservoir part, the capacity of which is enough large for the whole amount of medium liquid in the medium evaporator 4 to recover. After the continuance of said evaporation, the oil content and a very small amount of medium solved in the oil content are left behind and then discharged through an oil discharge line 7 outside the system of the cycle. Thus, the oil content leaked in Rankine cycle can surely be removed. |
