PURPOSE:To prevent damge of a tablet by turning upside down a thermosetting resin cylindrical tablet with a turning arm with a cushion to be thrusted to a conveyer, and controlling the posture of the arm in such a manner that at the time of retreat, the arm is not brought into contact with the tablet. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical tablet rolling along a chute is brought into contact with a stoper and stopped. When a detector detects the stop, an air cylinder 18 is operated to forward a sliding rod 22 and a driver 20, so that the tablet 1 is turned to be set with circular surfaces up and down by a turning arm 8. The tablet 1 is brought into contact with a position regulating guide 5 to regulate the position of the tablet, and conveyed to the next process by a conveyer 6. Subsequently, the arm 8 changes its posture with an angle of 45 deg. to the horizontal state, and the arm is retreated to conduct the next turning operation. A cushion 7 is sticked to the surface of the arm to prevent damage of the tablet 1. Thus, damage of the arm and generation of dust can be prevented, and an error in weight can be prevented to improve the accuracy. |
