The two position controller for different physical parameters, e.g. humidity, temp. level speed etc. has a sensor which actuates a slow action electrical contact system and an output in the form of a thermal relay or temp. control circuit which constitutes a temp. dependent electrical spring contact system. It is designed to achieve the small switching hysteresis at high power and the sensor-switching mechanism separation of electronic systems using electromechanical components which are less expensive and less susceptible to noise than electronic systems. A two position controller with slow action or low spring force switching switches a low power resistor which produces auxiliary thermal energy which then actuates a temp. dependent electrical spring switch for high power.
