The permanent magnet of the parking disc (1) is capable of swinging to and fro in front of the ignition key of the vehicle. When the ignition key is inserted, the magnet (6) attracts and holds this key or any other key of a bunch of keys. When the ignition key is pulled out, the magnet opposes a definite resistance to its withdrawal and the driver is forcibly reminded of the setting of the parking disc. One end of the thread is to be connected fixedly to the magnet, while its other end is connected to the parking disc by a releasable knot, so that the length of the thread can be adapted to the conditions of the dashboard.
