The package is made up from plates or boards for components used in the motor industry. The installation includes a base frame (12) on which support posts (13) are positioned in several parallel rows and columns vertical to the former at a fixed distance from each other. Between the posts are guides crossing each other for the enclosing devices. On both sides of these above the support posts are support devices for the transport aid sections (44, 45) to be packed into the package as a reinforcement for the plates.
