<p>The audiovisual machine for educational or other purposes uses a recording medium in the form of a foil tape which can carry a printed or photographed visual message or image, together with a magnetic sound track. The instrument has tape spools and transport mechanism to carry the tape past a viewing window in which the visual image can be viewed whilst listening to the reproduction from the sound track, alternatively the tape may be transparent so that the visual image is projected on a screen or presented to a TV monitor.</p> |
