<p>The set of control discs is for a mixing valve controlling the water supply to a shower etc. It comprises a fixed disc with cold-and hot-water inlets, and a control disc turning in relation to the fixed one, with one or more ports which can be caused to overlap the inlets to varying degrees. The control disc (2) is always coaxial to the fixed one (1) and above the control disc is a mixing slide (3), turning with it and also sliding radially. This causes an opening (13) in the mixing slide to overlap the control port (9) of the control disc to a varying degree. This opening can be in the form of a hole through the mixing slide.</p> |
