<p>The hoist is for prefabricated garages with suspension points provided in the garage floor, and is mounted on and lockable to a lorry load platform. It has a rigid supporting structure (1) with outrigger jacks (5, 6) along the sides, and a telescopic jib (8) derricking on the structure on a horizontal axis. At the head of the jib is a suspension device, turning freely about an axis (14') parallel to the lengthwise axis of the jib. A separate power unit can be provided for the jib derricking and telescoping motions and the jacks, independent of the lorry. The jacks can be arranged so as to be operated individually or in pairs independently of the others.</p> |
